Nor’easter Wheels within Wheels

Ezekiel 1:4,19(NLT) “As I looked, I saw a great storm coming from the north, driving before it a huge cloud that flashed with lightning and shone with brilliant light. When the living beings moved, the wheels moved with them.”
In Northeastern USA where my home in the states is when we learn that a Nor’easter storm is coming, we know it will be significant and miserable. There are high winds, often lots of snow with blizzard conditions and because of coastal flooding and beach erosion damage to our land. Such a storm changes the landscape and composition of property.
Ezekiel is a prophet who was assigned while he himself and his people were in captivity or quarantine. During these less than favorable conditions he embarked on a journey of open heaven visions, being translated in the spirit, called to repent, entered valley of dry bones and spoke to things long dead, lost his wife, and was given the blueprint for cleansing and restoring the world as it was known in that day. All while he was in quarantine, I mean captivity.
Where we find ourselves in this moment in time, we must know our GOD is doing mighty things in the unseen world. This pandemic is trying to cause global hysteria and terror while GOD is bringing the world to its knees not for destruction but for the salvation of people and restoration of their land and all that concerns them.
Ezekiel was charged by GOD to first let the words for need of repentance first sink deep into his own spirit before he could call a nation and other nations to repentance. He went after the shepherds or religious leaders first and foremost.
As the people who are called by HIS name we must go into our secret place- quarantine and mandated lockdown opens the door for us to do that. GOD did not send this virus; however, HE is using it to reshape and remold how we view church and ministry. When we emerge if we are doing things the same way we have not learned our lesson.
Each country has its own unique circumstance with this virus. None of us are in comfort or ease. Yet HE knows what we need and our level to bear this.
People of GOD we have trained for this our whole lives. We are rising in this season and with calm assurance leading people to the place of trust in the storm.
The great storm, nor’easter, Ezekiel saw was GOD. The cherubims and the wheels were terrifying to behold. The wheels and wheels within wheels that moved with them to me are influences, situations, and circumstances. We need wisdom and all of us to take our place to combat this global threat.
From this season I fully expect to hear of supernatural encounters and people being translated in the spirit to places while their bodies remain quarantined. GOD is not confined by time and space and neither are our spirits. He needs us on the move. Do not knock travel in the Spirit until you tried it.
Behind this unfamiliar and very intense storm is the HOLY SPIRIT hovering and waiting for all things to be in place. The whole earth has been groaning for deliverance. The LORD has heard its’ cry. When our walls have been broken down, our wills surrendered, and everything we have laid on the altar the HOLY SPIRIT will swoop down. As we exhale all our garbage and begin to draw new breath and HE will infuse us with HIMSELF.
HE has longed for this moment when we realize we are in control of nothing and we desperately need a rescue. Turn off the sensational meant to terrify news and engage with those you are quarantined with and with HIM.
We pray this will be a Passover that will forever change our world. Shalom.
